The Heart & Art Series is a quarterly community engagement platform that leverages the arts to help community members across diverse races, cultures, generations, and backgrounds see one another through their “Heart Vision”. These sessions involve a thought-provoking and at times controversial artistic piece, followed by a facilitated dialogue designed to reveal, share, and explore diverse perspectives on the piece that was shared.
This entry in the Heart & Art Series will use Ken Tanaka and David Ury’s short video “What Kind of Asian Are You?”, as a starting point for the panel discussion and Q&A.
Free admission at the door starting at 5:30 p.m.
