Ever wondered what goes into a song and how to get a song started? Are you currently working on your songwriting but feeling stuck or need some tools to keep you going? Kamara Thomas can help. Kamara is a songwriter with over 20 years of experience writing songs and working in a variety of settings, from bands to solo singer-songwriter to musical theater. She has been a teaching artist leading songwriting workshops for many years, and we are excited she is sharing her talents with us. Over the course of this two-day workshop, participants will learn Kamara’s tools and practices for:
