Storytelling is magic. It transforms life into legend, and strangers into kindred spirits.”

FEATURING
Tim Lowry, Peg Helminski, Rev. Robert B Jones, Motoko, Paul Strickland, & Milbre Burch, Emcee

Join us for our two-day Festival to experience the power of live storytelling.

Acclaimed storytellers will present hours of stories and music to entertain and warm your heart.

Four Showcase performances over Friday and Saturday.

ALL tellers perform DIFFERENT stories for EACH Showcase.

NOTE: The SENSORY FRIENDLY SHOWCASE is offered in conjunction with the Specialized Recreation & Inclusion Services – Town of Cary.

Sensory Friendly: This performance will welcome up to 75 guests, allowing extra space and a calmer environment. The theater will remain gently lit rather than fully dark, and sound levels will be slightly softer to create a more comfortable experience. A designated break area will also be available, where the performance will be streamed on a TV, so no one misses a moment. This showcase is designed to be movement-friendly and relaxed. Audience members are welcome to wiggle, shift, and express themselves without the expectation of complete silence. The stories will be short, accompanied by visual aids and interaction with the storytellers.

All performances are family-friendly.
Presented by The Town of Cary and the North Carolina Storytelling Guild.
