We`ll establish the basic tentpoles (the structure) for writing a three act feature, then determine the specific tentpoles for writing YOUR three act feature.
DAY ✌️:
We`ll explore how your acts (scenes and dialogue) interlock, "jump off the page" to create a strong, sellable piece of work. Time will be made available to write/rewrite/share your work.

🎼The Cary Theater is excited to welcome Heather Maloney to the stage; local favorite Abigail Dowd opens!
Heather is touring in support of her latest release “Exploding Star.” From tracking for 2 days in her abandoned childhood home, to playing her father’s guitar throughout the record, “Exploding Star” is packed with the sonic, lyrical and emotional details of a life story — and the result is something celebratory and heartbreaking all at once.
Singer/songwriter/guitarist Abigail Dowd grew up under the longleaf pines in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. Known for her storytelling and command of an audience, she has been called "a writer of the highest caliber” (The All Scene Eye). She appeared at Cary Art Daze last year and we look forward to welcoming her back!
