HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:
- Online: Tickets may be purchased online through etix. A $2 per ticket convenience fee will be added to the price of the ticket.
- By Phone: Tickets may be purchased by phone by calling the etix Phone Center at 1-800-514-3849. A $2 per ticket convenience fee will be added to the price of the ticket.
- etix Phone Center Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- In Person: Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office located inside The Cary Theater (122 E. Chatham Street, Cary, NC 27511). The $2 per ticket convenience fee is waived for IN PERSON Box Office purchases only.
DAY OF SHOW TICKETS – THE CARY THEATER
- Starting 15 minutes before the film, the Box Office will only sell tickets for that specific film. Tickets for other events may be purchased online during this time.
- Online tickets for films are available until 30 minutes before showtime. After that time, tickets (if available) may be purchased at the Box Office.
- Online tickets for live events are available until 2 hours before showtime. After that time, tickets (if available) may be purchased at the Box Office.
DAY OF SHOW TICKETS – CARY ARTS CENTER AND PAGE-WALKER ARTS & HISTORY CENTER
- A pop-up Box Office will open at the venue ONE hour before showtime for Cary Arts Center and Page-Walker Arts & History Center events.
- Online tickets for live events are available until 2 hours before showtime. After that time, tickets (if available) may be purchased at the pop-up Box Office at that venue.
BOX OFFICE HOURS + INFORMATION
The Box Office is located inside The Cary Theater at 122 E. Chatham Street. The Box Office handles ticket sales for The Cary Theater, Cary Arts Center, and Page-Walker Arts & History Center films and events.
- Box Office Hours:
- Wednesday through Saturday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Day of tickets (if available) can be purchased at their specific venue ONE hour before showtime.
The Box Office is closed on all observed Town of Cary holidays.

Will Call
Tickets left at Will Call may be picked up on the day of the event at The Cary Theater beginning one hour prior to the performance. Customers must show a valid photo I.D. to pick up Will Call tickets. If tickets were purchased through Etix (online or by phone), the credit card used to purchase the ticket must also be presented. For your protection, tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. To add or change the Will Call pick-up name, contact the Box Office at (919) 462-2055.
Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable. If a performance is cancelled, refunds will be processed. Those who purchased with cash or check will be mailed a refund via check. Tickets purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed for performances and/or a performance series with multiple dates. Exchanges must be approved by the presenter and/or sponsor of the event(s). Original tickets must be surrendered at the time of the exchange transaction request. All approved exchanges will be processed by the Box Office Manager.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If your tickets have been lost or stolen we encourage patrons to inform the Box Office Manager as soon as possible and to keep looking. There is no guarantee that lost or stolen tickets will be replaced, although we will make every attempt to assist you.
Reserved Seating
For some ticketed events at The Cary, seats are reserved throughout the theater. Films are general admission.
Senior Tickets
Senior tickets are for patrons aged 55+ (Senior tickets not available for all events).
Group Rate Requests

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are no longer accepted for ticketed events at The Cary.
