The Heart & Art Series is a quarterly community engagement platform that leverages the arts to help community members across diverse races, cultures, generations, and backgrounds see one another through their “Heart Vision.” These are events that involve a thought-provoking and at times controversial artistic piece, followed by a facilitated dialogue designed to reveal, share, and explore diverse perspectives on the piece that was shared. These events are FREE event and seats will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Discussions are moderated by Tru Petigrew of TruAccess. Tru is a celebrated author, an engaging speaker, a committed community leader, and an award-winning marketing executive with close to 20 years of experience at the nation’s top advertising & marketing agencies. Tru founded Tru Access to serve as an inspiration and empowerment consultancy to help individuals and organizations bridge gaps across areas that cause division, dysfunction and separation .
